Your first year, on the capacity you actually have
Somewhere along the way, your own meals, movement and time to yourself started slipping to the bottom of the list. Not because they stopped mattering, but because motherhood filled the space they used to fit into.

Looking after yourself again isn't about trying harder or finding more discipline. It's about making the things that help you feel good easier to do - especially on the days when you have very little left.

That's what Flamingo Motherhood is here to help you do.

If you're somewhere in the first year
This is for you if you're hungry all the time and eating whatever's nearest, if you've thought about exercise and then not done it for four months, if you're tired in a way that sleep doesn't seem to fix, and if there's a version of yourself you can still remember who feels slightly out of reach at the moment.

It's not for you if you're after a bounce-back plan or a body goal with a deadline. I'm not going to sell you that, and there are plenty of people who will.
Start with fourteen mornings
The Pink Reset is a free email series that arrives once each morning for two weeks. Each one takes about two minutes to read and gives you one small thing to try that day, starting with food because that's where most of us are running on empty.

There's no plan to follow and nothing to keep up with, which is rather the point.

I'm Brie
I'm a personal trainer with pregnancy and postnatal qualifications and over ten years of coaching behind me, and I'm in my own first year of motherhood right now, which has turned out to be a very different education.

Most of what I knew about helping women eat and move assumed they had time and energy to spend, and I've had to rebuild all of it around a woman who has neither. That rebuilding is what became The Capacity Method, and it's what everything here is built on.
