Flamingo Motherhood is operated by Habits of Health Pty Ltd (ABN 75 680 466 166), based in Western Australia.

What we sell, and what it isn't

We sell digital products about eating, moving, resting and looking after yourself in the first years of motherhood. Everything is delivered as a download or as audio, and nothing is posted to you.
 

This is general information, not personal advice. Brianna Gibson holds Certificate III and IV in Fitness along with a pregnancy and postnatal qualification. She is not a doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist, midwife or psychologist, and nothing we publish or sell is medical, nutritional or psychological advice for your particular situation.
 

Before you change how you eat or move, especially after birth or surgery, please check with your GP, midwife, obstetrician or physiotherapist. If something we suggest doesn't feel right for your body, stop doing it. If you're unwell, in pain, or worried about your physical or mental health, speak to a health professional rather than relying on anything here.
 

You're responsible for deciding what's appropriate for you, and you take part at your own risk.
 

Buying from us

Checkout is handled by Payhip, not by us, and their terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are in US dollars. Depending on where you live, tax may be added at checkout and Payhip handles that.
 

Once your payment goes through, you'll receive your files by email. The audiobook is delivered separately through BookFunnel. If something hasn't arrived within a few hours, check your junk folder and then email us.
 

We may change our prices at any time. The price you paid is the price you paid, and a later change doesn't entitle you to a refund of the difference.
 

Refunds

Our refund policy is set out separately and forms part of these terms. Please read it before you buy.
 

What you can and can't do with what you buy

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it yourself. You're welcome to print it, read it on any of your devices, and write in it.
 

You may not resell it, share it publicly, upload it anywhere, distribute copies, or use any part of it in your own products or teaching. Sharing a copy with a friend who hasn't bought it isn't allowed either, though telling her about it very much is.
 

Our content and our brand

Everything on this site and in our products - the writing, the diagrams, the images, the audio, and the names Flamingo Motherhood, The Capacity Method, The Pink Reset, The Brightest Pink and Pink Minimum - belongs to Habits of Health Pty Ltd. FLAMINGO MOTHERHOOD is the subject of a trade mark application with IP Australia.
 

You may quote short passages with credit and a link. You may not copy substantial parts of it, reproduce it elsewhere, or use our name or branding in a way that suggests we're associated with you.
 

Emails

If you join our email list, we'll send you what you signed up for and occasionally tell you about something we've made. Every email has an unsubscribe link and you can use it at any time. How we handle your details is set out in our Privacy Policy.
 

The site itself

We do our best to keep the site up and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, update or remove content at any time.
 

The site may link to other websites. We don't control those and aren't responsible for what's on them.
 

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection law where you live. Those rights can't be contracted away, and we're not trying to.
 

Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of this site or our products, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
 

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
 

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer somewhere else, this doesn't remove any protection you have under the law of your own country.
