Flamingo Motherhood is operated by Habits of Health Pty Ltd (ABN 75 680 466 166). This policy covers digital products bought through our Payhip checkout.
 

The short version

If you buy something from us and it isn't right for you, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you. You don't need to explain yourself and you don't need to prove you tried it.
 

Why we do it this way

Everything we sell is a download, so you can't flip through it in a shop first. That means the only way you can really tell whether it suits you is to read it, and it doesn't seem fair to ask you to take that risk on a book you haven't seen.
 

If it isn't for you, I'd rather give you your money back than have you feel stuck with something that didn't help.
 

How to ask

Email hello@flamingomotherhood.com with the email address you used at checkout and roughly when you bought it. That's all we need.
 

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, usually within a few business days, and your bank may take a little longer to show it.
 

You're welcome to tell us what didn't work, and it genuinely helps us make better things, but it isn't a condition of getting your money back.
 

After a refund

Once we've refunded you, your licence to use the product ends, and we'd ask you to delete the files and stop using the audiobook. We won't chase you about it. We're trusting you, in the same way you trusted us with $27 for something you couldn't look at first.
 

Some specifics

Files that won't download or open. Email us before asking for a refund and we'll get them to you another way. Almost every delivery problem is a junk folder or a typo in an email address, and it takes minutes to fix.
 

The audiobook is delivered separately through BookFunnel and sometimes arrives a little after the rest. Give it a couple of hours before assuming something has gone wrong.
 

Repeat refunds. We may decline a request from someone who has bought and refunded the same product more than once.
 

Bundle price changes. Our founding price rises once we've sold the first fifty. If you bought at one price and it later changes, that isn't grounds for a refund of the difference.
 

Your legal rights

This policy sits on top of your legal rights, and doesn't replace them.
 

In Australia, our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. If a product is faulty, isn't as described, or doesn't do what we said it would, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy or of how much time has passed.
 

In the EU and UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Where you've asked for immediate access to a digital download and acknowledged that you lose that right by doing so, the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply - but our own 30-day policy above is more generous than that in any case, so it makes no practical difference to you.
 

Elsewhere, nothing here removes any consumer protection you have under your own country's law.
