For the year when you have less to give than you're used to, and everything still needs doing
The book, the audiobook, the visual companion and the planner. Everything I've worked out about eating, moving, resting and coming back to yourself in a year where your energy doesn't behave the way it used to.
$27 USDÂ - founding price while it's new
Most advice about health assumes a fairly steady supply of time and energy, and then asks you to be consistent. That works reasonably well for someone whose Tuesday looks like their Thursday. It falls apart completely in a year where you might have four good hours on Monday and nothing at all on Wednesday, and where the plan you made on a good day becomes evidence of failure on a bad one.

What I've realised is that the problem was never discipline. It's that almost nothing out there is designed for a person whose Capacity genuinely changes day to day, so every system asks you to be someone you can't be right now, and then you conclude the fault is yours.
The Book - 66 pages
The whole method, from why this year feels the way it does through to what to actually do about it. Five parts covering Capacity, the Battery, your Pink Minimum, and the Four Pillars of Eat, Move, Rest and Flourish, each with starting actions rather than theory.
The Visual Guide - 19 pages
The diagrams, worksheets and reflection pages that go with the book, in both a printable version and a fillable one you can type straight into. This is where the Capacity Cycle and the Battery become something you can see.
What you get
The Audiobook - 2 hours
The full book as audio, for the days when reading isn't happening. Most of it was written while feeding a baby, so it seems right that you can listen to it while doing the same.
The Planner - 34 pages
Twelve weeks of Plan It and Live It spreads. Each week you choose your Capacity, plan around it, tick what you did, and answer one short question. It comes printable and fillable, it asks the right questions rather than deciding for you, and a week you skip costs you nothing.
What the Capacity Method actually is
Capacity is how much you have available today, and it moves. Some days you have plenty and some days you have almost none, and both are normal rather than a sign of anything.

Once you can see that, everything else gets built around it, across four pillars: Eat, Move, Rest and Flourish. Every pillar has a low-Capacity version and a high-Capacity version, so a bad week means dropping to the smaller one rather than abandoning the whole thing and starting again on Monday.
Â
What it all comes down to in the end is your Pink Minimum, which is the smallest version of looking after yourself that still counts. Not the version you'd like to manage, and not what you did before the baby. The version you could do on your worst day this month.

Have a look at whether this is you
This is for you if you're somewhere in the first year or two, running on less than you're used to, and every plan you've tried has assumed a version of you who has time. It's for the woman who wants to eat properly and move her body and feel like herself, and who needs that to be possible on a day when the baby didn't sleep.

It isn't for you if you want something rigid, with a fixed number of sessions a week, a calorie target, or a body goal with a date attached. That approach works for a particular kind of life and it isn't the one you're living at the moment.

If you want the structure without the strictness, with proper nutrition and training guidance built around your Capacity and someone helping you keep it going, that's 'Your Brightest Pink' course. It opens in 2027.
Common questions
How do I get it?
The files arrive by email straight after checkout. Everything is yours to keep.

Can I print it?
Yes, all three PDFs are built to print. The planner and visual guide also come in fillable versions you can type into on your phone or laptop, so you can use whichever suits the day.

Do I need to read it in order?
The first half explains why this year works the way it does and the second half is what to do about it. Most people get more out of reading it through once, but the pillars stand on their own if you'd rather start there.

Is this a weight loss program?
No, but if fat loss is one of your goals, the healthy habits you build here can support it and may lead to fat loss naturally over time, without making weight loss the focus.

What if it isn't for me?
Email me within 30 days and I'll refund you. You don't need to explain why.
Not sure yet?
The Pink Reset is free and arrives in your inbox each morning for fourteen days, giving you a small taste of the ideas behind the Method. It’s a simple way to see whether this approach feels right for you.
